1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use a site.

Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them). Cookies set by us are “first-party”; cookies set by other companies are “third-party”.

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the Services (for example, keeping you signed in)

  • Remember preferences and improve your experience

  • Measure how the Services are used so we can improve features and performance

  • Understand whether marketing campaigns are effective

  • Diagnose errors and maintain reliability

3. COOKIES WE USE

The table below describes categories of cookies and similar technologies we use. Specific cookie names may change as we update our Services or vendors.

When analytics is allowed and you are signed in, PostHog may associate events with your internal account identifier to provide consistent measurement. We do not intentionally send feature-request text, email addresses, or names as analytics event properties.

PostHog

We use PostHog for analytics and error monitoring. When analytics storage is allowed, PostHog may set a first-party browser identifier or use local/session storage to connect events across visits. When you decline nonessential storage, PostHog uses its cookieless mode: no PostHog analytics identifier is stored in your browser, events are not connected across days, and a daily rotating server-side hash is used for aggregate counts. Masked session replay is limited to targeted troubleshooting and remains off after a decline. Data is sent through our first-party endpoint (/ingest) and processed by PostHog in the United States. Google Consent Mode v2

Google tags load in Advanced Consent Mode. If storage is denied, Google Analytics or advertising tags may send limited consent-denied pings without reading or writing analytics or advertising cookies. If storage is granted, the tags may use cookies normally. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied when you decline and when a supported Global Privacy Control signal is present.

We do not control third-party cookies. Those providers process information under their own policies.

5. HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser’s help documentation for instructions.

  • PC Launchpad privacy choices. Use the “Privacy choices” link in the footer to accept analytics and advertising, allow analytics without advertising, or decline nonessential storage. In opt-in locations, nonessential storage is denied until you choose. In other locations, measurement may begin by default where permitted, but your saved choice applies on later visits from the same browser.

  • Opt-out tools. For certain advertising cookies, industry opt-out tools may be available, such as NAI opt-out or DAA opt-out.

  • Google Analytics. If Google Analytics is loaded on our site, you may opt out via Google’s browser add-on.

  • Signed-in analytics. If you have privacy questions about data linked to your account, contact us at contact@pclaunchpad.com or submit a request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features.

6. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. PostHog is configured to respect DNT. We also treat Global Privacy Control as an advertising opt-out signal where supported. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
