How do I compare two PC builds?

Add parts to build A and build B, or load your current builder draft or saved builds. Duplicate one build to make an alternative, change the parts you are considering, and use Differences only to focus on what changed.

Can I change parts while comparing?

Yes. Use Add or Change in either column to search the catalog and filter compatible parts. You can copy a part to the other side, remove it, or undo your last change. Each side remains an independent draft.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to create and compare builds. Your two drafts are stored in this browser. Sign in to load account builds, or continue into a builder to save a build to your account. Clearing browser data removes these local drafts.

What is included in the cost comparison?

Each subtotal adds available listed component prices in US dollars. Missing prices are excluded and outdated prices are marked. Shipping and tax are not included. Refresh prices to reload the latest available catalog data; this is not a live retailer quote.

Does this predict FPS or whole-PC performance?

No. The comparison shows component specifications, costs, and compatibility warnings. Specifications alone do not establish game FPS or a whole-system performance score. Check independent benchmarks for your games and workloads.
